How to get a week of posts approved in one sitting
Posting every day is hard when you write every day. Batch it: one sitting, seven posts, each one approved by you.
VERIFIED ON 5 MIN READ
- 1
Pick three topics you can talk about forever
These are your pillars — for example: how the work is done, mistakes customers make, and what a normal day looks like. Every post fits one of them.
- 2
Set your voice once
Write two or three sentences on how you talk: casual or formal, short or detailed, words you’d never use. A draft that doesn’t sound like you is a draft you won’t approve.
- 3
Draft the whole week at once
Ask for seven drafts in one go. Reading seven side by side shows you repeats and weak spots faster than reading one a day.
- 4
Approve, edit, or kill — no maybes
Give yourself 20 minutes. Approve what’s ready, fix what’s close, and delete what isn’t you. A post you’re unsure about today will still be unsure tomorrow.
- 5
Only turn on autopilot after a few weeks
Once you’ve approved several weeks without many edits, you can let it post on its own. Until then, keep the approval step.
HONEST CAVEATS
- Drafts made with an AI twin of your face and voice are labeled as AI-generated. That’s on purpose and stays on.
- Approving a post is not the same as it performing. Some weeks will flop; that’s normal.
- Your twin needs consent, a front and side face photo, a body photo or your height and build, and a short voice recording.
