How to read this week’s numbers in five minutes

You don’t need a dashboard full of charts. You need four numbers and the honesty to know which ones are real.

VERIFIED ON 4 MIN READ

  1. 1

    Start with what you spent

Ad spend is the easiest number to trust because you paid it. If it’s zero, everything else this week came from free channels.

  2. 2

    Then what came in

Revenue and purchases. Compare them to last week, not to a goal you made up in January.

  3. 3

    Look at profit, not revenue

Revenue with a thin margin can lose money. Estimated profit uses the gross margin you entered — if that margin is wrong, so is the profit.

  4. 4

    Check which numbers are measured

Each campaign row says whether it’s measured or includes estimates. Make decisions on measured rows; treat estimated rows as a hunch.

  5. 5

    Write one sentence

End with one sentence: “This week, X worked and Y didn’t.” If you can’t write it, you need more data, not more charts.

HONEST CAVEATS

  • Numbers only cover what’s been logged or connected. Sales that happen outside GrowPro won’t show unless you record them.
  • Return on ad spend (ROAS) and cost per customer (CAC) only appear once there’s enough spend and conversions to calculate them.
  • A forecast is not a sale. Nothing on this screen counts money you haven’t received.

THE GROWPRO SCREEN THAT DOES THIS

Revenue intelligence

Shows logged ad spend, revenue, estimated gross profit, and purchases versus leads, with each campaign marked measured or estimated.

OPEN REVENUE INTELLIGENCENeeds a GrowPro account. You can do every step above without one.
